We are so excited to spend 3 days with you in Italy! We hope you will be able to use this as an excuse for a European adventure. We appreciate you will probably do your own research to make the best travel plans that suit you, but please see below for our specific travel details and deadlines required.

Please submit your Flight Information no later than August 1, 2025. By doing so, we will coordinate and finalize your hotel accommodations and transportation — This step is essential for us to finalize logistics and ensure a smooth experience once you arrive to and from Assisi, Italy! Flight
To ensure all guests depart and arrive together, we kindly ask that you land in Rome, no later than 11:00 AM (CET) on Monday, October 27, 2025. Complimentary buses will depart (FCO) at 12:00 PM (CET), to transport guests to the venue. If your flight arrives after 11:00 AM, please contact us directly, no later than September 10, 2025 — we’ll help coordinate alternative transportation for you!
