What does All-Inclusive mean?

Room rates at the resort are all-inclusive, meaning your stay includes meals, beverages (including alcohol), entertainment, taxes, and gratuities—so you can relax and enjoy without extra costs. ✨ Perks of an All-Inclusive Stay: ✔ Food & Drinks Included – Daily meals and beverages, valued at $150–$200 per family of four ✔ Resort Entertainment & Activities – Estimated at $150 per day ✔ Unlimited Alcohol for adult guests ✔ Children under 4 stay free For example, if the resort rate is $452 per night, this price covers accommodations, meals, drinks, and activities for each person, making it a seamless and stress-free experience for our wedding celebration! 💕

What are Resort Credits?

Answer

Stays of 4 or more nights will include $500 of Resort Credits per room attached to your reservation that can be used towards the spa, beauty salon, golf, tours, and the gift shop! Plus, reservations of 5 or more nights includes a manicure, pedicure and back massage per room ✨

How do I plan my free transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

If you stay a minimum of 4 nights, the resort will provide free shuttle transportation to and from the resort from the airport. To use your free transportation, please email @transfercancun@palaceresorts.com or use the transfer site https://transfers.palaceresorts.com at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay.

When is payment due for my room reservation?

Answer

The resort requires full stay payment at the time of the booking, though room block stays for 4+ nights are reserved for our wedding guests until August 22, 2025. All bookings for 4+ nights must be made with our booking link to access our wedding events and benefits. This booking hyperlink will be included in the Travel page of our website.

What do I need to travel to Mexico?

You will need a valid passport to fly to Mexico.

What dates are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

We plan to arrive on November 5, 2025, and leave on November 12, 2025, for a total of a 7-night stay.

What if I stay less than 4 nights or book another way?

Answer

The resort does allow for a stay less than 4 nights, though the resort does not allow us to reserve room blocks less than 4 nights at a time. Guests can call 800-346-8225 and request to speak with the Membership Reservations Line. When calling, you can share our wedding details: Membership: 5-3118536 Wedding: W SOPP Conkle/Maldonado 07/11/25 16 hrs Resort: Moon Palace Nizuc For room blocks less than 4 nights, or if you book your rooms outside of our reservation link, the resort does require a wedding pass to attend wedding events, such as the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. For room blocks of 4 nights or more, these events are included. Passes are $35 per person per hour for a cocktail event, and $75 per person per hour for the dinner/reception.

Do the bride and groom have a gift registry?

We do not. Our gift will be seeing those we love in a place we love. We know it is a lot to join us in this celebration, so your attendance will be the only gift we want ❤︎
