The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Please no shorts or t-shirts. Please be mindful of foot ware as this is an outdoor wedding. The ground at the venue may likely be uneven in different areas; therefore, high heels, wedges, or very light-colored shoes may not be ideal.
We ask that only small children of the immediate family come to the wedding in order to prevent disruption of the ceremony.
Unfortunately, the terrain of the outdoor venue is not compatible for wheelchair access.
The weather (typically) in late October is mild and dry with highs in low to mid 70's.
The venue provides a large enough tent to seat everyone in case of rain.
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate "plus-ones" beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
Beer and wine will be served at the reception. If you desire to have other libations, you may bring your own; however, we ask that you please be discreet and that you drink responsibly. We want to ensure that everyone has a great time and remains safe.
Yes! We will have directional signage for parking. Look for the white and green balloons!
We want to ensure you get to your seat on time so please arrive 15-20 early. There will be a short walk to the wedding ceremony spot from the parking area.
We ask that NO pictures are taken during the ceremony. We do not want any distractions for our guests or bride and groom. AFTER the ceremony you may take as many pictures as you like, and we encourage you to use our hashtag of #HappilyEverAdams for any social media posts.
Yes! There will be a designated table for gifts and also a "giving box" for cards to the bride and groom.
