The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm, please arrive 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts to get settled before the proceedings.
Cocktail Attire/Black-Tie Optional; The dress code for our evening wedding is formal attire (suits for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women).

*OUT OF TOWN GUESTS ONLY (Sorry MN Folks)* Welcome party for the bridal party, family and out of town guests will be held the day before our wedding on Friday 2/13 at Lord Fletcher's on Lake Minnetonka. Food and drinks will be served. We hope that you can come celebrate with us before our big day and we thank you for travelling all this way!
Shuttles will be provided at the 2 hotels we have listed on our website that will bring you to and from the venue. There will be multiple times listed both in the hotel lobby and at the venue, please plan accordingly.
We kindly ask that no cellphones be used during the ceremony (please turn these off/silent mode). During the reception we also ask that if you need to use a cellphone you step outside or just keep them in your pocket for the night (easier said than done) and enjoy the moment!
If needed, there will be overnight parking at Woodhill Country Club. We want everyone to get home safe, please plan accordingly!
Unfortunately, we are not allowing guests that are 21 and younger unless they are apart of the wedding party or immediate family. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope that you can enjoy the night off!

While in the great state of Minnesota feel free to explore both Downtown Excelsior and Downtown Wayzata. Both situated on Lake Minnetonka and within 10 minutes of both hotels these places offer plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to get your Minnesota fix!
