Yes! We are excited to celebrate with your little ones! We will have a kids meal available for children under 12.

We recommend taking advantage of the two hotel blocks set up in Leesburg, VA. The Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites offer great rates and share a parking lot where we will arrange transportation for guests to and from the venue. Please book your rooms early!

The venue is approximately 30 minutes away. We will be providing transportation from the two hotels to the venue, and back at the end of the night. We encourage guests to take advantage of the transportation we'll be providing from the hotels so you can relax and enjoy the day worry-free! Please use our RSVP page to let us know if you are using our transportation service for the wedding. Parking is also widely available and cars may be left at the venue overnight, but must be removed by 10:00AM the following day, Sunday, November 9.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Although we hope for a sunny day, please dress prepared for a chilly November afternoon! Sylvanside Farm is a real working farm, so please be prepared to navigate uneven surfaces, gravel and grass. For your comfort, the venue recommends flats, wedges, or block heels, rather than stilettos for safety and comfort.
