We’re Kyle McCaulsky and Amanda Adams, and we’re so glad you’re here! Like most good love stories, ours started with a first date—and, true to form, Amanda was late while Kyle was exceptionally early. On our first date at Plaza Azteca, neither of us could have imagined where that meal would lead us. Our official dating anniversary is February 28, 2024, though even that came with a story. Kyle had asked Amanda out two days earlier, but Amanda—once again running behind schedule—said no. As Kyle sped away in his bright orange Charger, Amanda leaned out the window and shouted, “Are you single?” Kyle’s response? “Fuck no.” And just like that, our story really began. Over the months that followed, we shared adventures, laughter, countless inside jokes, and learned that the best part of life is having someone to share it with. We found more than a partner in each other—we found our best friend and a heart that feels like home. Then on March 1, 2025, Kyle planned the perfect proposal at the beautiful White Cliffs of Conoy. He had thoughtfully involved some of Amanda’s favorite people and arranged every detail. What he didn’t plan for was Amanda’s immediate reaction after saying yes: nearly tackling him right off the ledge! In her defense, he probably shouldn’t have chosen a proposal spot where a klutz could accidentally push him over the edge. Thankfully, both survived, and the photographer even captured the moment. As excited as we are about the milestones—the first date, becoming a couple, the proposal, and now our wedding day—we’ve learned that the big moments aren’t what make a relationship special. It’s the small moments: the everyday conversations, the shared laughter, the quiet support, the adventures both planned and unexpected, and simply choosing each other every single day. Those are the moments that built our love story. We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of our favorite people on October 17, 2026.
