We're getting married!

What started with Kyle jumping out of a mango truck and running across the Commons in Coronado, Costa Rica to get to class on time soon sparked a friendship between Olivia and Kyle that would turn into their grandest adventure yet. Kyle and Olivia first met on a study abroad trip to Costa Rica in 2012. It wasn’t until the spring semester of their senior year at Ferris State University (2014) when they reconnected and decided to take a leap of faith to continue dating after graduation, which turned out to be the best decision they've ever made. Over the past decade, Kyle and Olivia have built a beautiful life together in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Through all these years, Kyle and Olivia have stood by each other’s side during the highs and lows, and their love for each other has strengthened their relationship, and they’ve become the best life partners. For Kyle and Olivia, every day is filled with laughter, and not a day goes by without an inside joke being shared. With a love for music and adventures, Kyle and Olivia enjoy going to concerts, finding hidden gem coffee shops and new restaurants, taking weekend trips, and hiking to the best views. They also share their life with their lovable senior dog, Molly, and their newest addition, Maverick, a spunky kitten. During Easter weekend in 2023, Olivia and Kyle took an M-22 road trip to Traverse City. On their way home on Easter Day, they made a stop at Port Oneida Beach near Glen Arbor where Kyle asked Olivia to marry him. Thank you to our incredible family and friends who have supported us and have been part of our journey since day one. We’re so excited to celebrate with you on Sept. 21, 2024 in Holland, Michigan!
