We met at a country concert in Jax Beach. Neither one of us ever saw it coming or even knew that we would be meeting our future spouse that day. One of my friends decided to meet up with one of Seth's friends, and that is where we first met. I will admit, I had a little crush! If his friend wouldn't have invited me to hang out the next day as well, then our love story may never have been a love story. Seth is such a caring and strong man, and I could see it from the beginning. I wasn't looking for a relationship at the time, but I knew I couldn't let a man like him go. Luckily, we were both there on June 17th at that country concert, and thankfully, God put those friends in our lives. It's really amazing to see how God works out the small details that can eventually change your life forever.
Seth surprised me and took me to St. Augustine, one of most beautiful cities. He was rushing me out of my house because I was taking my sweet time getting ready after coming back from flying, without realizing he was on a tight time frame. We had lunch at a beautiful restaurant called the Columbia. I found out later that this place holds a special place in his mother's heart because it's where she got engaged! We then walked down to the Fort where there was a blanket and picnic basket (filled with goodies) and a rose sitting right on top. We then sat down to enjoy the beautiful view, and this is where he popped the question! He was filled with confidence and joy when he asked me to marry him, and I feel so beyond blessed to spend the rest of my life with him!
