Guests may start arriving at the venue at 4:00 PM at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 4:15 PM for a ceremony at the start of 4:30 PM.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear dress pants and a button-down shirt. No jeans or tee shirts, please!
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation; if you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will immediately follow inside. However, the dance floor and bar will be outside!
Yes! We can't wait to celebrate with you all night! An open bar and non-alcoholic beverages are on us but the hangover is on you!
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

The Bozeman Airport is about 20 minutes from the hotel we blocked off, UBER is available in the area from the airport to your hotel. From the hotel to the venue is about 7 minutes and UBER is also available. We are working on coordinating other transportation as well so please check back for updates.
Yes, there is parking at the venue. When you arrive, you will see a parking area on the right. Please do not pull up to the fountain or the front of the venue unless you need to drop someone off. Thank you!
We're fortunate to already have the essentials for our home and we know so many of you traveled a long way to be present for our day, your attendance is truly appreciated and we are so grateful.
