FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to respect the time and efforts of our vendors, please RSVP no later than September 26, 2025. Any RSVPs received after that date will either be marked as "no" in attendance or will be required to bring a lawn chair, sandwich, and $50.00 for grievances.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we do! There are room blocks at 4 hotels in Grove City. You can find information and booking links under the 'Travel' tab.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically noted on your invite. For example, your invite would list "(Your Name) & Guest." For families, it will list "(Your Last Name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will see only the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have chosen to have a 'kid free' ceremony and reception. Nothing PG happens after 7pm on a Saturday within the Wheeler/Dues family... Please take advantage of a night out with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're all adults here... Boots, belt buckles, and cowboy hats are encouraged. You already know Adam is a redneck and Cassie is a Barbie so do with that information what you’d like. The ceremony may be held outside so please plan accordingly.

Question

What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please advise Adam or Cassie if anyone on your invite has dietary restrictions/food allergies so we can notify our caterer and staff.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at White Willow Meadows. There is a paved lot located at the venue for all our guests to park. You are able to leave your vehicle overnight until 10:00 AM the following day. If you are driving a personal vehicle and plan to drink, please make arrangements to arrive and return home safely.

Question

What about the OSU game?

Answer

Trust me.. we’re just as upset as you. We swear we tried to schedule this on a bye-week. There are televisions in the main barn that will be showing the game.
