Can I change my RSVP after submitting?

Answer

Yes, simply fill out the RSVP form again and your answer will be updated. To be on the safe side, please drop one of us a message.

What’s the best way to get there from Budapest?

Answer

From the city centre and from Budapest Airport it takes around 30mins to get there with taxi or car, we recommend these as public transportation would take forever.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on-site.

Will there be a shuttle bus?

Answer

No, there is no daytime or evening shuttle planned. We have arranged accommodation at the venue and, if needed, in nearby hotels for guests staying overnight.

What are the accommodation options? Do I need to pay for the rooms?

We’ve booked the hotel at the venue and will arrange nearby accommodation if needed. You will be our guests, no need to pay for the room. Just let us know in the RSVP if you plan to stay overnight.

Check in between 15:00-16:00 CET Check-out until 11:00 CET Guests accommodated in a nearby hotel, rather than at the venue, may have different check-in and check-out times.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in a forest setting, followed by an indoor dinner and celebration at the event hall. We encourage a relaxed, comfortable, and elegant summer style. Choose breathable fabrics, August weather in Hungary can be warm The ceremony area includes natural forest terrain; comfortable and stable footwear is recommended Consider bringing a light layer for cooler evening temperatures Ladies: Please avoid white and red colors. Feel free to embrace soft summer colours or nature-inspired tones. Gentlemen: Avoid heavy fabrics or overly formal black suits unless you prefer them. Lightweight suits are recommended.
