Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. And due to Covid the restrictions are much more strict. You may notice you won’t see a plus 1. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please RSVP No later than July 29, 2021. If you still need clarification please reach out to our Wedding Coordinator, Mrs. Evette Hudson at +1 (502) 648-1757.

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair (18+). Due to the space limitations of the state ordinances, we are unable to extend the invitation to young children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate a spectacular night out with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Absolutely! The dress code for our wedding is black-tie formal. Women's attire includes formal evening wear (floor-length dresses or evening pantsuits) for the women. Men are permitted a Black Tie-Optional dress code meaning a tuxedo is not required and a dark-colored evening pantsuit will suffice.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can begin as scheduled! Unfortunately, late guests will not be permitted entry by the venue security 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This will allow ample time for guests to park, check-in, sign-in, and be seated.

Question

Can I take pictures with my cell phone?

Answer

At our ceremony, there are absolutely NO phones permitted to be out. This is an unplugged ceremony meaning that we require ALL guests to allow the paid professionals we've hired do all the picture taking during this very intimate time. If the wedding attendants see cell phones out during the ceremony they have been instructed to kindly ask you to leave our ceremony. At the reception, you make take as many pictures and videos that you would like!
