Lets back track a little. They were both working at Atos and Adam had just moved to the day shift. Trina was talking to her friend, Shar, and noticed him when he walked in that first shift back on days. Even acknowledged aloud that she thought he was cute. Shar instantly wanted things to happen between those two. However, they are both pretty shy in expressing this to each other. So Trina tried to take the easy way out and sent a friend request on Facebook. Adam still didn't know who Trina was (sad face, I know) and DENIED the request. Trina thought "well, that's the end of that". Shar did not give up. She continued to tag them both on various posts about everything from Coffee to Tacos. This went on for almost a year! It was the week before Trina's birthday and he finally sent her a friend request on Facebook. After laughing about the year delay, Trina obviously accepted. It was not until Trina's birthday in 2016 that anything was ever said between the two of them. A coworker had brought gluten free cupcakes for her to enjoy at work. Since there were so many, she obviously shared. It was this day that she offered one to Adam and he accepted. The two that were too afraid to speak to each other, finally talked, kind of. Now those who know Trina pretty well, know that Friday for her has been often referred to as Friday Wine Day. The Friday after her birthday was no exception. Sitting home with her trusty glass and laptop, she saw that Adam was online. With the liquid courage she finally messaged him. What was the first conversation between them? T: So I am pretty sure we are friends because of our mutual love of tacos and and coffee...I can support that. A: Lol well I do have an unhealthy love of both tacos and coffee. So we must be friends! T: You call it unhealthy, I call it knowing what you want. A: I like your style, madam. And they have talked and shared their lives every day ever since.
