Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, this includes elegant dresses (short, midi, or full-length) or a dressy jumpsuit. Men can wear a suit or a blazer with dress pants and dress shirt. We understand August in Virginia can be warm, but please no shorts! We also encourage guests to lean into the "garden theme" by wearing florals, pastels, and our wedding colors (blue & green)!

Are kids welcome?

We love all of our young kiddos, but please only RSVP for the individuals listed on your invitation and in your party on this website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2026 for all events. You may RSVP earlier as it is already published on the website!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow ample time for parking, mingling, and finding your seat!

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

Fleetwood Winery is a non-smoking location. Due to the delicacy of the gardens and surrounding areas, smoking is strictly prohibited and guests will be fined $500 if caught smoking on property. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. For best parking access, use the Red Hill Road entrance (off of Evergreen Mills Road by Watson Mountain Middle School) as it is paved.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate any allergies and dietary restrictions with your RSVP response.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

A valid ID will be required for drink service at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm (Welcome Party) and at Fleetwood Farm Winery (Wedding Reception).
