When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1, 2025. You will find a link to the RSVP above.

Can I add additional guests to my RSVP?

Answer

Only those included in your invitation will be able to RSVP. Due to space and catering accommodations no additional guests will be permitted.

What time should I arrive at?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 so we ask that you arrive between 20-30 minutes before and no later.

Will there be transport to the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask that you transport yourself to and from the venue. But do not fear, the hotel is a short 10 minute drive from the venue and the venue allows for overnight parking if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to wear your best formal attire. Use this day to dress up and have fun with it. Gentlemen can wear suit and ties or tuxedos. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length or midi formal dresses. For the ladies, the bridesmaids will be wearing green, but please feel free to wear any colour you like (with the exception of white).

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes! At the venue you will find free parking. If needed overnight parking is available, but please make sure to pick up your vehicle by noon the following day.

Are accomodations available?

Answer

Yes, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington. We have a block of rooms reserved for anyone coming from out of town that may need it. Please see the accommodations tab to book.

How soon should I book my accomodations?

Answer

To ensure your spot, please book your accommodations no later than June 23.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be taking place primarily outdoors, with the reception inside although you will be able to pop in and out to enjoy the outdoor space through out the night.
