Where should we stay in Jasper?
Answer
We have wedding blocks reserved at Jasper Inn & Suites for a discounted room price and convenient access to the reception, but you are welcome to stay wherever you like! Rooms are limited, so it is recommended to book early and/or to room up with others.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Yes! Every guest has a plus one spot saved for them. Please just indicate who your plus one is when you RSVP.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
We do not have a registry for gifts; however, we are asking all guests to bring a book with them to add to our Guest Book(s) shelf! It could be your favourite book, a book that reminds you of Adam or Shannen in some way, or just one that you think we might enjoy. If you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you can leave a card in the card box at the wedding!

Where should we park?
Answer
There will be parking available at Jasper Inn & Suites. If you are not staying at that hotel, there is some street parking available nearby. For the ceremony, there will be shuttle transportation provided as there are very few parking spaces at Pyramid Island.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, but it's important you do not miss the shuttle to get to Pyramid Island. We will send out the confirmed departure times, but the first shuttle will leave around 1:30pm. Please be ready at the front entrance of Jasper Inn and Suites to take one of the shuttles.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you do not have any cameras or devices (phones, tablets) out during our ceremony. We have a professional photographer taking pictures during the ceremony, and we will be sure to share the photos with everyone after the event! There is plenty of time before and after the ceremony to take some beautiful pictures around the island, so we encourage you to use that time to do so!

What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?
Answer
We will be closing up the doors at midnight, with last call at 11:00pm. If you've still got an appetite to party, then make sure to join the big celebration in Hinton the next day!

What is the party happening in Hinton?
Answer
There will be a large wedding celebration party happening in Hinton on Saturday, September 19th. This will be our chance to celebrate with our larger group of family, friends, coworkers, and teammates. It will be later in the evening, so please have supper beforehand as we will only be providing appetizers at the party. You can expect a night of dancing, drinking, games, and great fun all around! If you can't stay for this party, then no worries! We appreciate any time that you're able to spend with us.

It will be taking place at the Hinton Centre (965 Switzer Drive). There is plenty of parking at the venue!

There are no wedding blocks reserved for Hinton, but there are several great options for places to stay in town. Be prepared for how you will be getting back to the hotel, as there are no accommodations within walking distance of the Hinton Centre.
