Adam and Sammie's first date took place in Chicago on September 1, 2022. Adam arrived 15 minutes early for their 8 PM date, while Sammie showed up promptly at 8:45 PM. Despite the late start, Adam adored Sammie from the very beginning. The two enjoyed getting to know each other at the restaurant bar and continued their date by strolling through the streets of Lincoln Park. Their connection felt natural, as they had numerous similarities in their backgrounds, including both growing up in nearby Indianapolis suburbs, going to Indiana University, and working at EY as financial consultants. All those similarities made their meeting seem destined. Over the following weeks, Adam and Sammie went on several dates and were officially a couple by the end of November. Since then, Adam and Sammie have continued to grow together as a couple through moving into their first apartment, going on many trips together, and spending the holidays with family and friends. Adam proposed to Sammie on June 23, 2025 in Malibu, California. We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends on October 10, 2026!!
