Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Make sure to check your passport’s expiration date and start the renewal process early if needed. For more details, visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Can I fly into the new Tulum airport?

Answer

Yes, you can fly to Tulum International Airport (TQO) or Cancun International Airport (CUN). Be sure to inform our travel agent, Susan, which airport you are flying in to.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Transportation to and from the airport is included! To arrange your ride, please contact our travel specialist, Susan, at 763-280-4754 or sterveer@destinationweddings.com. If you prefer a private transfer with no stops along the way, Susan can help with that too for an additional fee.

How can I share photos from the weekend?

Answer

We will be using a site called GuestPix, where each guest can upload and view photos. A QR code and link will be shared closer to the date.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE UNPLUGGED?

Answer

No! We’d love to see your perspective from our wedding. If you choose to take photos or videos during the ceremony, please be mindful of those around you. Also, be sure to stay clear of the aisle, as we have hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be at the Secret Garden. Cocktail hour will be on the beach and the reception will be at the beach palapa.

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal. Feel free to have fun with colorful attire and prints! For men, we suggest dress pants and a dress shirt, with a tie and jacket optional.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate plus ones.

Are children invited?

Answer

The weekend will be an adults only weekend, with the exception of immediate family members.

DO GUESTS HAVE TO STAY AT DREAMS TULUM TO ATTEND THE WEDDING?

Answer

Yes! Guests need to stay on the property in order to attend the wedding. We can't wait to spend extra time with you.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

Well of course! We will be continuing the party at one of the on-site bars.
