What time should I arrive?

Answer

Seating will begin at 4:00pm, 30 minutes prior to ceremony time.

Is event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the orchards. In the case of inclement weather the ceremony will be moved indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

This will be a semi formal event (please, no jeans), which will take place both indoors and outdoors. Bring a light layer for the evening and wear shoes that will work both inside and outside in grass.

What to expect for weather?

Answer

Average high temperature tends to run between 77 - 80 degrees with lows between 55 - 60 degrees.

On site self parking is available and will be marked upon arrival. There is handicap parking for those that need it!

Are there hotels or accommodations near by?

Answer

There are a few nearby hotels for a variety of budgets. Whether utilizing one of these suggested properties, booking a home rental or selecting another property of your choosing, please note that this area is extremely popular during summer months and will likely book quickly. Nearby towns to consider for lodging are Waconia, Victoria, Excelsior, Chanhassen, Chaska, Minnetonka.

Will there be food and beverages?

Answer

Wouldn't be a celebration without them!! We will have an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and cash bar during the reception. We also will have gluten/dairy free and vegetarian options available.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your love, support and presence at our wedding are truly the greatest gifts we could ask for. Please know that we do not expect anything more, however if you wish to contribute to our love story, we have provided both a honeymoon fund and charitable donation fund in our registry!
