What time should I arrive at the Sunshine Cove ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving a little earlier to ensure you’re settled in before it starts!

Kindly RSVP by August 22, 2025 to help us finalize the details. We may send a couple reminders in hopes you will join us for the celebration! If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you can’t make it this time.

What is the dress code?

We’d love for you to join us in semi-formal attire, perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Think like a dressy garden party with color and class. Also, the grass can be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos.

Can I bring a date?

We’re keeping the celebration intimate, so we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the entire celebration. Our venue is called Sunshine Cove.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please include any food allergies in your RSVP, and we’ll make sure to relay any special requests to our catering team. Dinner will be served buffet-style, but those with allergies will be served a plate. Regardless if you receive a plate, you may enjoy the buffet under your discretion.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, please make sure to have your ID on hand when you go up to the bar regardless of age. Enjoy the open bar - cheers are on us! Please remember to drink responsibly and drive safely.
