Our Story
It began with Nika's profile that mentioned cows and a simple questioning reply from Adam that sparked it all. They shared stories about cows, gaboon vipers a love for the outside that started something special. Messages turned into a video call and a picnic first date. Soon, every weekend was spent driving over the bay bridge to see one another. Adam was working 3rd shift and so his nickname became the "Bat". Nika was getting up at 4:30 to work on the dairy farm so she was deemed the "Rooster." The adventure continued with a trip to Arcadia in Maine and meeting parents on both sides. Nika took in an abandoned kitten and she was nickname Gunk because of her eye condition. Adam took it in stride and became like a father to gunk and a step-father to Gorse. Adam and Nika grew closer and supported one another through late nights and long work hours. A year passed and the next was house hunting. They found the perfect house November 2025 and have been living happily ever after ever since.
