Yes! We’d love for you to join us at our Welcome Party on Friday, May 8, where we’ll kick off the celebrations with dinner and drinks. Check the 'Schedule' tab for details on all weekend gatherings, and explore the 'Things To Do' tab for great food and activity ideas during your free time.

Welcome Party Attire: Cocktail – think 'vineyard chic' Inspo: https://pin.it/4wKTcr26e Women: Lightweight dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates Men: Dress shirts, slacks, and optional jackets Wedding Attire: Black Tie Encouraged Inspo: https://pin.it/4fHAPlvsB Women: Floor-length gowns or elegant dresses are encouraged. Men: A tuxedo is ideal, but a dark suit and tie are perfectly acceptable. Please note that the welcome party and wedding will be fully outdoors on grass and the natural ranch grounds. While we’ll have heat lamps in place, we recommend bringing a wrap, sweater, or jacket in case the evening gets chilly. If you plan to wear high heels, please use heel covers/protectors to prevent sinking into the lawn.

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a limited number of rooms at The Hadsten Solvang, Corque Hotel in Solvang, and the Sideways Inn in Buellton. You can find booking links and more details under the 'Travel' tab. Once these blocks are full, we recommend securing your accommodations as soon as possible—our wedding weekend coincides with the Santa Barbara Half Marathon and Wine Festival based in Solvang. Just be sure your accommodations give you an easy way to get to, or a coordinated plan for getting to, one of the shuttle pickup/drop-off locations.

Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue for both the Welcome Party on Friday, May 8 and the Wedding Day on Saturday, May 9. Pickup and drop-off locations and departure times can be found under the 'Schedule' tab. Please note that outside vehicle parking is not permitted at the venue. We kindly ask all guests to utilize the provided shuttle transportation.

This is an adult focused event. Some limited younger aged family members have been included. Your invitation and RSVP will indicate whether or not your children are included in your invite.
