The nightly room rates are as follows: Studio – The studio sleeps 2 and features a queen size bed, kitchenette – full size fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee station, iron & ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, and alarm clock -- approximately 250 sq ft. ($249 plus tax per night) 1 Bedroom – The 1 Bedroom Queen sleeps 4 and features a queen size bed, a sofa bed, full size fridge, complimentary coffee station, iron & ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, and alarm clock.— approximately 252 sq ft. ($279 plus tax per night) 2 Bedroom– The 2 Bedroom 2 Queen sleeps 6 and features two queen size beds, a sofa bed, two full baths, full size fridge, complimentary coffee station, iron & ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, and alarm clock.— approximately 650 sq ft. ($349 plus tax per night) Resort & Reservation Policies: Must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization for incidentals. Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am. One vehicle permitted per reservation. No smoking inside units, including electronic cigarettes. Pets are not allowed. Daily housekeeping is not provided. A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking with remaining balance due upon arrival. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. No show reservations will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

Traffic on the Cape can be very heavy (even in September)! Please allow extra buffer time to make it to the Cape.

Ride sharing apps are not easily accessible on the Cape, so please make a plan in advance to get home safely. We highly recommend pre-planning transportation before the ceremony, if you are not staying at lodging that is within walking distance.
