The Jersey Shore is a must see in the summer. Spend a day at the beach, get some ice cream, and stroll the famous boardwalks. We recommend: Asbury Park (our personal favorite, nice new boardwalk, and a cool downtown with artsy shops) Point Pleasant Beach / Jenkinson's Boardwalk (family fun including boardwalk games, rides, and even an aquarium) Seaside Heights aka MTV's "Jersey Shore" (for the party animals, come see one of the busiest boardwalks with amusement piers, a water park, and wall-to-wall arcades)
