Where is the Wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception are being held at Royale Orleans located at 2801 Telegraph Road, Saint Louis, MO 63125. The ceremony (Private Family Invitation Only) will be held at the Royale Orleans Garden, which is located across the parking lot from the banquet hall. The Reception is being held in the main reception hall in the Lafayette Room. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the same room as the reception, with a quick flip after the ceremony to prepare for the celebration!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you submit your RSVP by Wednesday August 27th. We invite you to RSVP online here [insert link] or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation. Please be sure to let us know names of all guests attending.

Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, due to limited seating, the ceremony is reserved for private family invitation only. Your invitation in the mail will clearly state if your invite includes a ceremony seat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony (Private Family Invitation Only)?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM (CST). You are welcome to come as early as 5:00 PM. We recommend you arrive by 5:15 PM in order to give you time to find a seat.

What time should I arrive to the reception? When does it end?

Answer

The reception doors open at 6:00 PM (CST). Currently the scheduled end time is 10:00 PM. Pending our "read the room" feelings, we may have the ability to extend the reception later.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue!

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a small 30 minute window between the private ceremony and when the bride/groom will enter the reception room. Guests are invited to enter into the reception room at 6:00 PM to visit the bar and find your seats!

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

Yep, you have to. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top or mail in the RSVP Card as soon as possible. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at maggieadam2025@yahoo.com

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Sure! Your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! We recommend a nice blouse with pants or skirt or a summer dress for the ladies. Hair and make-up can be natural and everyday. For the guys, dress pants with button-down shirt or polo shirt will fit.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Check the freaking weather channel, its early fall in Missouri. God doesn't even know what is gonna go down :) Just Kidding! In late September, St. Louis typically experiences mild and pleasant weather with average high temperatures around 79°F and lows around 57°F. You can expect comfortable daytime temperatures for outdoor activities with cooler evenings. Rainfall is moderate, averaging around 3.3 inches for the month.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a full registry suite through our wedding website! You can check it out under the "Registry" tab. Please know that your presence is our present. Please do not feel obligated to bring a gift.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting an open bar for your enjoyment.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at maggieadam2025@yahoo.com and we will confer with our caterer.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have paid for two professional photographers to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
