WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

Ceremony & Reception are both at Clearwater Forest in front of the main lodge, Eagle Lodge 16595 Crooked Lake Rd, Deerwood, MN 56444 Presbyterian Clearwater Forest is 5 miles south of Deerwood, Minnesota, just off MN Hwy 6. Follow MN Hwy 6 to Crooked Lake Road and then go west to the camp entrance on the right.

what time is the wedding?

Ceremony begins at 4:00pm You should get to the venue 15-30 minutes early in order to park and find a seat.

where do I stay?

Answer

There are a few hotels listed under the travel page and there are a few airbnb's in the area. Please book early!!!!! Places to stay in northern Minnesota will go quickly There are a few camp sites for tents or RVs that are available on site. Please call or text Madi at 952-412-1478 if this is something you're interested in.

Where do I park?

Answer

Follow the signs once you're on the dirt road. If you look at the "Directions to Venue" on top header, there is a map. Parking will be on the playing field and overflow parking will be in the osprey lot.

what if I fly in on friday?

Please join us for our welcome party! Come say hi, have a beer and snacks at our venue. Dress casual, we'd love to spend more time seeing you!

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate! No hard liquor is allowed at the venue.

How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

Please feel free to drive to the venue, you can leave your car overnight but it must be picked up by 10am the next morning! We are coordinating a shuttle from the venue to Brainerd for the end of the night. There will be limited ubers / lyfts. Let us know if you need help getting up north from the Twin Cities or are willing to offer a ride up north.

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor, please respect that. If you believe there is a mistake that has been made please reach out to Madi or Adam. Our numbers are listed above.

what should I wear?

semi-formal please, you will be on grass so think about leaving those stilettos at home (wedding party is wearing black)
