My favorite memory was 2006 spring break while we were in Florida. There was a stunt car show that had a very long line and Adam was extremely impatient. Adam then was in the worst mood while we waited in line for 2 hours for the stunt car driving show. Then Adam said it was the best thing he's ever seen and wanted to get right back in line for round 2!

Maddie met Jory their freshman year of college in the same Dykstra cluster. Never able to get enough of each other, they subsequently lived together for the next 5 years. Jory’s favorite recent memory of Maddie was during their trip to Chicago, where she watched Maddie belting the lyrics to every song in the country bar, followed by a midnight showing of the Taylor Swift movie!

Maddie and I met freshman year of college in the clust! All of us have been inseparable since even though we are now spread out across the country. One of my favorite memories of Maddie was when all the girls came to visit me in Chicago for a weekend and we went out to a bar that was known for racing turtles. Maddie had the time of her life betting on those tiny little Ninja Turtles before we finished the night having Maddie teach me the adlibs to “Dixie Land Delight”! A weekend I’ll always remember with a best friend I’ll always cherish.

We met in grad school! I would say one of my favorite memories is when you came to Marshall and we spent the night at the lake singing, dancing, and laughing. Maddie and I met on the very first day of grad school when we just happened to park our cars next to each other. We became fast friends bonding over our love of sports, Bachelor, and Taylor Swift!

We met in middle school and one of my favorite moments with Adam was singing karaoke at a bar in New York City. Another great time with Adam is that I was driving to Ohio and Adam was riding shotgun, and getting a ticket on the turnpike while speeding to a Cleveland Cavaliers game. Cop wrote the fastest ticket ever when he saw we had Cavaliers gear on, great times were still had that night!

I met Maddie when Adam brought her over to meet everyone at our parent’s place! I love how Maddie and Adam are the perfect mix. He brings out her fun and spunky side and she keeps him calm. When we first met, I knew that Maddie was someone special to my brother and would be the perfect fit for each other! She is hilarious and kind and it’s been so fun to have a SIL who loves everyone she comes into contact with. I’m so grateful that Maddie is joining the family so we can make more memories!

I met Adam all the way back in 7th grade when we both joined the middle school swim team. Even though he took a year off in 8th grade, we stayed close friends through high school. When i got my first car Adam made me multiple mix tapes because my ‘01 Durango didn’t have an AUX. He actually burned CDs for me and everything. Thats the kind of friend Adam is, and thats why we are so close. He is someone you can always count on for help.
