What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at Veraestau no later than 3:45. This ensures everyone has time to find a seat and we stay on schedule.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle provided for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, ceremony to reception, and reception to venue. Please be aware that the bus has a 25 passenger limit, and multiple trips may be required. See the Travel tab for more details. You remain more than welcome to drive yourself! There is ample parking at both venues, and cars can be left overnight at the reception is needed.

We have decided to have an adults-only evening, with the exception of immediate family. We thank you for understanding, and we hope this can be a fun date night for everyone!

Names of all invited guests in a party will be visible when completing your RSVP. Any plus-ones are indicated when completing your RSVP as well.

Is the event outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, on the grounds of Veraestau. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors at the Coachman. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at the Coachman.
