Katelyn and I first crossed paths at our job at Ulta about 7 years ago. After our first time hanging out together, I had a strong feeling that our friendship was destined to be lifelong. When she asked me to be her MOH, I shrieked and of course I said yes. Standing beside her on her big day is beyond special to me and a complete honor. Katelyn and Adam are an amazing couple and I'm incredibly eager to celebrate these two!!!!

I’ve know the groom (Adam) for almost the entirety of our lives. Our moms started off as best friends, then that friendship and bond was passed down to us. We were neighbors all of our lives; we’ve experienced a lot of our first experiences together and all of it bonded who we are today. To carry on a friendship for this long with no hiccups shows a true bond we’ve created and could never be replicated. I’ve always appreciated that.

I was so happy you became my sister the day I married your brother! From that day forward, our friendship truly blossomed into something more. When we began working together, I often sought you out to confide in, to lend a listening ear to, to share our worries, our hopes for the future, and our favorite shows. Our bond grew stronger and I learned what it truly meant to have a little sister to laugh with, to cry with, and to pick on your older brother with. It is such an honor to be a part of your big day and I am so incredibly happy for the two of you!

I met Adam back when we were so young that we weren't able to form complete sentences or keep a single straight thought in our heads, so basically nothing has changed in the past two and a half decades (two and a half decades? Yikes). It doesn't take much to impress a four year old beyond liking the same cartoons and a mutual desire to throw rocks at each other in the park, so a friendship was quick to blossom. What does take work is maintaining a friendship for this long, and it truly has been a pleasure to have walked alongside Adam as he's matured and taken this huge step into the next part of his life.

I knew the groom through mutual friends (including the bride), over time we decided the other was cool enough to hang with one on one. We started hanging out and I was exposed to his close friends and brought into their close group. We have similar interests and we’ve introduced new fandoms to the other (i.e. Berserk or D&D). Now we’re pals who go to events and on vacations together.

I've known the groom ever since he was born. He is my blood brother and will always be my brother in this life and the next. We have been through thick and thin growing up- from playing at the park, to playing video games in the room that we shared. I watched him grow up and be a man. I first met Katelyn through Adam and Silas! I am so very blessed to call Katelyn my friend - we have such great laughs, and can talk about just about anything. I absolutely love going dancing together, its always a memorable evening! Katelyn, Adam, Silas and I go on nature adventures together, whether that's a lake day or kayaking etc. It's wonderful to have someone like Katelyn who is so supportive and selflessly generous. The Story of Us started when Adam invited me over for a new years eve party back in early high school. After hours of belting out Taylor Swift songs and smoking an egregious amount of hookah, our Love Story was solidified for the years to come. After school, I would make my way over to his place where we would live out our Wildest Dreams by playing video games, watching anime, and hanging with friends until way later than I should've been out. I told him one time that "I Knew You Were Trouble when my sleep schedule had changed on the days we weren't hanging out." But I didn't care that Everything Has Changed because of this developing brotherhood. I would just have to Shake It Off. Because, at the end of the day, I knew what this brother of mine was thinking: "Silas, You Belong with Me."

I've known Adam since high school, but I really got to know him in our lives after school. He was one of the first people to welcome me into the group I know call my closest friends in our adult lives. Of that group, he has proven time and time again how good a friend he is to me, and I know for certain he is going to make an amazing husband to Katelyn.
