Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Julia Hedrick and Adam Beeler
Even in the winter, Estes Park offers so many great activities for visitors. Check out the Rocky Mountain National Park in a pair of snowshoes or from an off-roading vehicle, explore the shops and restaurants that line Elkhorn Avenue, go see the historic Stanley Hotel for a meal or a drink - the list goes on!

Winter Off-Roading Tour of Rocky Mountain National Park

212 East Elkhorn Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Take a winter wonderland off-roading tour of RMNP - perfect for kids and adults! You get to experience the beauty of the park and hear history and interesting facts as well. You may even get to see some wildlife! Adam and I have done this tour previously and would highly recommend it!

Horseback Riding

1895 Big Thompson Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Take a trail ride or a sleigh ride through the snow on a 1, 2, or 3 hour guided horseback tour.

Snowshoeing

2020 Big Thompson Avenue, Estes Park, CO

Rent a pair of snowshoes and go explore one of the many trails around Estes Park (including RMNP - we recommend heading to Bear Lake). There are plenty of trail options for beginners and advanced hikers alike. At the Estes Park Mountain Shop you can also rent snow boots, snow pants, and other outdoor gear.

Tour the Stanley Hotel

333 East Wonderview Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Take a daytime or night time tour of the historic Stanley Hotel, and don't forget to stop at The Whiskey Bar for the largest selection of whiskeys in Colorado.
