Are there safety precautions and procedures in place at French Creek Golf Club?

Answer

Yes! -Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors -Our reception will follow all social distancing guidelines and precautions for an indoor event -Waitstaff and bartenders will be wearing gloves and masks at all times -Masks are not required while outdoors, but you are more than welcome to wear a mask throughout the night -Number of guests per table will be smaller We highly recommend you to take a look at the virtual tour on French Creek’s website: https://www.frenchcreekgolf.com/event-venue to get a better idea of the layout/spacing of the venue!

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

You are more than welcome to wear a mask throughout the night if you would like to! During the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing, masks are not required. While we are in the ballroom for dinner, any time you need to get up to go to the bar, get some fresh air or use the restroom, French Creek Golf Club asks that you please wear a mask. Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the venue for you to use and we will have disposable masks for you as well!

What will bar service look like during dinner?

Answer

From French Creek Golf Club: Welcome to Jordan and Adam’s Wedding! Please follow our Indoor Regulations to ensure the safety of all. We are following the guidelines listed by Governor Wolf and ask that all guests wear a face covering and practice social distancing once inside. Once seated, guests can remove face covering and are asked to remain at their assigned tables. For everyone’s safety, mingling with other guests at different tables is strongly discouraged. Face coverings and social distancing is enforced every time when leaving the table (going to the Restroom, Bars, etc) Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, on the brick patios out front and out back from the Event Entrance. NO Smoking is permitted anywhere near and in the Barn Open Bar during Dinner- When headed to the Bars- guests must wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Guests should not congregate in the Bar area, once they have received their drinks, they must head directly to their seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Since the venue is primarily outdoors and/or in an open-air building, we encourage all of our guests to dress appropriate to the weather (ex. jackets, scarves, women's shawl, etc.).
