Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire. For men, that means a suit and tie - no tuxedo necessary. For women, a cocktail dress, elegant midi or maxi dress, or a dressy jumpsuit would be perfect. Think polished and party-ready!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:15PM, the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM and we’d love everyone to be seated before it starts. If you happen to arrive late, no worries, you’re welcome to join us at cocktail hour right after the ceremony!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, so please keep the weather in mind and dress accordingly. The reception will be indoors, so we’ll all be celebrating in comfort afterward - rain or shine!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

No transportation is needed - the ceremony, reception, and hotel accommodations are all on-site! Once you arrive, you’re all set for the celebration without needing to travel anywhere else.

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Answer

September in Bar Harbor is beautiful - crisp, cool, and (usually) clear! Daytime temperatures are typically in the 60s to low 70s°F, with cooler evenings in the 50s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, especially for the outdoor ceremony.

Can I change my RSVP later?

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We totally understand that things come up - just contact us at (978) 407-2125.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we kindly ask you to put your phones and cameras away so our photographer can capture the moment - and you can be fully present with us. Snap away at cocktail hour and beyond!
