6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual, we will have an indoor area reserved but dress for what the weather calls for as there will be live music outside

Everyone invited! 6pm to whenever, live music will be on site 6:30pm-9:30pm. Come out for some local wines and appetizers!

Shuttle Service from hotel

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Please RSVP for the shuttle if you plan on riding along from our contracted hotels to and from the event. There is ample parking at the venue if you would like to drive yourself there.
