Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Solid black is a must! Please no jeans or colors/prints.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on the envelope mailed with your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We kindly remind guests that our wedding is an ADULTS only event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sept 1st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Our venue has free on-site parking.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us. #thehauntedhillwedding

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors. For picture purposes, some will be taken outdoors so dress accordingly.

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at The Fireside Room.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will have the same seating arrangement. We will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know
