Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do but our reception will be adults only. We want the evening to be your night off and Sundance provides babysitters to make that a reality. They recommend Park City Sitters: https://www.parkcitysitters.com/

What's the weather like?

Answer

This is a high-elevation desert and the temperature can change quickly. Typical highs this time of year are around 70 degrees with lows of 40 in the evenings. Please pack accordingly - think layers, warm weather clothes, and shawls and jackets for the evening.

Transportation?

Answer

All activities are at Sundance, which is why we encourage guests to stay on the property. If you're looking to explore beyond Sundance over the weekend we recommend picking up a rental car at the airport.

Dinner Recs?

Answer

Fall is a very popular time to visit Sundance and Utah alike, and therefore a dinner reservation at either The Foundry Grill or Tree Room on Friday evening is required. If you are looking to dine elsewhere, almost all places will also require a reservation. We're happy to provide recommendations - just let us know!

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

ASAP! But no later than July 30, 2023 as we owe our headcount to the resort by that date. We also encourage guests to book their accommodations no later than July 1, 2023.
