For our on site attendees: Where is the wedding?

Answer

Rancho Vista De Dios. A beautiful private estate up in the Santa Rosa Valley. 10975 Presilla Rd. Santa Rosa Valley 93012

Question

Are you following social distancing guidelines?

Answer

Yes, here is a list of what we will be doing as of now to keep you safe: The ceremony & reception will be held outdoors; giving plenty of space for social distancing.
We are requesting that masks be worn at all times during the ceremony, unless you are in the wedding. During the reception we recommend masks be worn at all times, unless eating or drinking. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up in multiple locations.
Tables will be spaced 6ft apart during dinner, & we will do our best to seat people within their own households. We recommend limiting the amount of people you are interacting with 14 days prior to the wedding, along with getting covid tested right before the wedding. We also want to offer you the choice to only attended the ceremony & not reception, to limit your contact with others. There are a few more procedures that will be implemented the day of. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Adam or Hailey

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15th 2021, and yes even you live streamers, we want to know who is watching so we can send you a special thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

THE WEDDING IS AT 4PM PST SO! FOR THOSE LIVE STREAMING: We recommend testing all your equipment about 10-15 min prior to the start of the ceremony. Just to make sure everything is working. FOR THOSE WHO WILL BE IN PERSON We recommend arriving about 20min before the ceremony. To allow for parking, signing the guest book, and getting your seats without a rush.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal to Simi formal. These past few months have been hectic, and we've been living in sweats. We want our guests to have as much fun as possible and get as fancy as they want. And that goes for you at home too! We would love it if you would dress up and send us pictures!!! It really saddens us to think that you won't be there in person with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR IN PERSON If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, especially due to Covid restrictions, we are very limited in who can be there, and while again, we would love to include as many people in person as possible, it's just not possible at this time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO IN PERSON We love your kids—we really do. But we're asking that they skip this one out. There will be a few children who are immediate family/part of the wedding party. Otherwise we ask that you please leave your sweet kiddos at home.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
