When should I make my hotel and travel arrangements?

Answer

April is a prime month for travel and tourism in Arizona as the weather tends to be milder compared to summer months. With this in mind, please book your hotel accommodations and travel as soon as possible. Refer to the travel section on our website for more information and details.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dressy garden party! Not formal (tuxes, gowns), but semi-formal. Think floral, fun, and elegant. We'd love to see you in something polished and dressed up, but please refrain from wearing casual clothes like jeans and shorts!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If a guest is listed by name or "+Guest" appears, you're welcome to bring them!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, but our reception will take place both inside and outside. Our reception venue has both inside and outside spaces and there may be some pictures taken outside as well. Generally, April in Arizona can get quite warm (up to 80+ degrees) during the day, so please keep this in mind!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and seating within the church. There will be downtime between the ceremony and the reception, a perfect opportunity to freshen up, rest, or change if need be! The reception begins at 4 PM with a cocktail hour. The reception venue is about a 10 minute drive from the church.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at both the ceremony venue and the reception venue.

What will be served for dinner at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style with the following selections: Entrées •Filet mignon •Herb-roasted salmon Sides •Salt & pepper asparagus •Garlic-rosemary smashed potatoes Salad •House salad with honey-lime dressing Bread •Dinner rolls Desserts •Brownies •Chocolate-covered strawberries •Wedding cake Guests may choose their entrée at the reception. Vegan or vegetarian meals are available upon request—please note this on your RSVP so we can accommodate you in advance! Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour, and dessert will be served after dinner.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner is an intimate, invitation-only event. Those who are invited received a separate rehearsal dinner card with their wedding invitation and will be able to RSVP accordingly.
