If you didn't get enough small town charm in downtown Franklin, check out Leipers Fork. It's a short street packed with cute shops & the nearby Leipers Fork Distillery is a must visit. We love Fox & Locke for a delicious southern meal and great live music.
For the history buffs! Take a guided tour of Carnton Plantation and learn about its role in the Battle of Franklin, one of the most dramatic events of the Civil War. If you're looking for a bigger dose of Civil War history, don't miss the Carter House in downtown Franklin.
Tennessee may not be known for its wine country, but the scenery and vibes at Arrington Vineyards can't be beat. We recommend the "frose" with a charcuterie board while enjoying the live music!
