What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:30 to give you enough time to get parked and to your seats.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Please park in the parking lot to the right of the pavilion.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual. Think Sunday Best! No jeans or flip flops.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by April 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors with exact guest count by a certain time. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please RVSP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you are not able to make it please email us at aerobbins67@gmail.com.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, the kiddos will have coloring pages and games to play. The venue also has a jungle gym for those kiddos with extra energy! Please make sure to RSVP for the kiddos so we know how many coloring pages to provide!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you for understanding!
