Important Note to our Guests

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day a 21-and-over event.

We love all the children in our lives (and hope to have some of our own in the future), but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day a 21-and-over affair. We hope this advance notice allows you to still celebrate with us and enjoy a night off (parents deserve a day off)!

How to RSVP

You can RSVP here or via email.

Via email to Scoville.Volchko@gmail.com. Go to our RSVP page, search your name (helps to use first name only, results self populate further down), and RSVP. We look forward to seeing you!!!

How we met

Finding love in a digital era ... when you are both old souls

We both were looking for a serious relationship, and turned to the internet. Eric was the bold one and asked Adam to go out to dinner in Hartford! That was date one, almost eleven years ago!

Our engagement

Love is a journey, not a destination

Relationships are never easy - there are ups and downs, twists and turns - and the engagement journey was the same, in the best way possible. Eric proposed to Adam on Mount Washington in New Hampshire at the base of Tuckerman Ravine. They hiked the mountain - nearly four miles hiking over rocks, ice, and snow and gaining almost 2,000 feet of elevation. It was a gorgeous sunny day (rare on the mountain) in April, and they stopped at the base camp to rest and ready for the rest of the hike. Eric asked Adam to hold a t-shirt to get something out his pack - inside that blue t-shirt was a little Tiffany blue box...and Adam said yes! After being together for a long time, having multiple pets and multiple moves, they both knew. Several years later we got legally married quietly in our home, and now we get to celebrate with all of you!
