The Welcome Party on Friday 9/25 is a casual event. The Wedding and Reception on 9/26 are cocktail attire.
Kids are welcome to join for the welcome party on 9/25/26. Our wedding and reception are adults-only celebrations. We understand this is inconvenient for many; we hope you will be able to join us and if this is prohibitive to you joining the celebration, please reach out and let us know. We have a list of several local, trusted and vetted babysitters to share, if needed!
Plenty of parking is available at Champions Run directly in front of the venue with covered curbside drop-off at the front door.
Unfortunately, our hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle. If looking for pre-arranged transportation, or in the moment transportation, we recommend Lyft or Uber.
We are very limited by the size of our event space and kindly request that if not already provided with a plus 1, you arrive as a group of one. Thank you for understanding.
All events for this weekend are indoors. Outdoor deck spaces are available at the reception venue if you need some fresh air.
