Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have two charter buses picking up guests from the Loews Hotel (1065 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309) at 4:00 P.M. Buses will depart the venue at 11:00 P.M. to return to the Loews.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire A suit is preferable for men, while women should opt for a floor-length dress, tea-length dress, midi dress, or cocktail dress. Please no denim.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 P.M. We kindly request that you arrive no later than 4:45 P.M. to mingle and find your seat.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be in the hydrangea garden (grass) and cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor terrace & front lawn (both weather permitting), so please plan accordingly. The reception will take place inside the indoor courtyard.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. If any cars are left overnight, they must be picked up between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM the next morning. Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) is a great option for those not using the buses to/from the hotel block. Please don't drink and drive!

I have a food allergy, will there be options for me?

Answer

Yes, we will do our best! Please let us know so that we can ensure the catering team is aware.

Is there a hotel block we can use?

Answer

Yes! Under the Accommodations & Travel page, you will see two hotel block options and can reserve your rooms directly from there. Please use the link provided to ensure you are applying the discounted rate. Large groups, please feel free to check Airbnb or VRBO for homes in the Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Old Fourth Ward, Morningside, Poncey-Highland, or Inman Park neighborhoods. Feel free to ask us if you have any questions about locations!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with final planning, please RSVP by March 25th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, unfortunately we will have to mark you as a 'no' as we are required to submit a final guest count to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. Please use the RSVP page!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, because of capacity limits at our venue, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP on our site. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

All wedding events are adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out!
