We’ll be hosting a welcome dinner on Friday evening at Paddle Ridge at the Lower Pavilion and would love for you to join us as we kick off the weekend. The evening will begin at 6:00 PM and will feature a laid-back crawfish boil. A fun, casual way to gather, eat, and spend time together before the big day. Spring attire semi-formal, nothing too fancy!

Dress it up, western style. Boots and hats welcome, keep it light, elegant, and outdoor-friendly. Flowy dresses, florals and patterns encouraged.

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors. The reception will be held under a pavilion. June is one of the best times to be in Montana the days are long, the weather is gorgeous, and the mountain air is perfect for celebrating outside.

To the reception: Departing times from Firebrand Hotel, Whitefish (The middle of Whitefish) Round of vans: 3:20 pm: First van departs Firebrand. 3:30 pm: Second van departs Firebrand. 3:40 pm: Third van departs Firebrand. After the reception: Departing times from Paddle Ridge to Whitefish- 12am: First van leaves for firebrand 12:30am Second van leaves for firebrand 1:00 am: LAST van heading to Whitefish for the night

We are asking guests to arrive no later than 4pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, followed immediately by cocktail hour. Dinner will begin around 6:00 PM as we transition into the evening’s celebration.

We’ll be hosting an after party following the reception from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM at the Bears Den, located directly across from the reception.

Join us for brunch on Sunday morning, June 14th at 10:00 AM at the Lower Pavilion. For those staying at Paddle Ridge and checking out on Sunday check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Transportation
Answer
We recommend renting a car if you’d like to explore Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. On the wedding day, shuttles will be available to pick up and drop off guests back in Whitefish, making it easy to get to and from the venue.

Answer
Adam and I are beyond grateful to everyone for making the time to come out and celebrate with us! We’d love to keep the festivities going and spend more time together after the wedding. For anyone staying a bit longer, we’ll be planning some group activities and hikes in the days that follow and we’d love for you to join!
