You can start booking your stay at The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis! The discounted rates for blocked rooms are 2 days pre-wedding and 3 days post-wedding: Friday, October 12 - Wednesday, October 17th. ****The Cut-off date for reservation requests is September 12th, 2018. **** **We urge you to book well before the cut-off date as the rooms will book out quickly with weekend on the 13th is a Keith Urban concert and the 14th is a Vikings home game.** Any guests with questions about making reservations may call 888-421-1442. This contemporary high-rise hotel is a 13-minute walk from the Walker Art Center and a 15-minute walk from the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. This hotel is very close to our wedding venue. A 4-minute drive or a 10-minute scenic walk. Amenities include an indoor pool and a fitness center. There's also a bar/restaurant and a snack bar, as well as an airport shuttle.

Travel Note

Van Dusen Mansion Parking

There is free street parking around the Van Dusen Mansion. We strongly suggest to arrive early for close proximity to the venue. Alternatively, there is additional ramp parking at the Hyatt Hotel with a scenic 10 minute walk or a 4 minute Cab/ Uber drive to the Mansion.

Train

The Government Plaza Station

All guest flying into are able to take the Metro - Transit from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport Terminal 1 - Linbdberg or Terminal 2 - Humphrey to the Government Plaza Station on the Blue-line. Once at the Government Plaza take an Uber or cab to the Hotel.
