Shuttle buses will be servicing The Graham, Phonecia Lodge, The Emerson, Holiday Inn, and Howland House. Ubers/lyfts are going to be unavailable in this area, and parking at the venue is limited so please try to utilize the buses if staying at these hotels. Please find the schedule below.
Shuttle

Shuttle #1 will service the Holiday Inn and Howland House. Pick up #1: Holiday Inn; bus will depart at 2:50 pm sharp Pick up #2: Howland House; bus will depart at 3:35 pm sharp Shuttle #1 will arrive at Onteora Mountain House at 3:50 pm. Shuttle #2 will service the Phonecia Lodge, The Graham and Co, and the Emerson Resort. Pick up #1: Phonecia Lodge; bus will depart at 3:10 pm sharp Pick up #2: The Graham and Co; bus will depart at 3:20 pm sharp Pick up #3: The Emerson Resort; bus will depart at 3:35 pm sharp Shuttle #2 will arrive at Onteora Mountain House at 3:50 pm. Each shuttle will depart Onteora Mountain House shortly after the reception ends at 10 pm to return guests to their respective hotels. An additional round of drop-offs will depart Onteora Mountain House shortly after 11:30 pm for those who choose to stay for the after party.
Travel Note
There are many ways to get to our wedding weekend. The easiest way to get to the Boiceville area is via car! Driving will be the most convenient way to access the Catskills. The region is located about ~2 hours north of New York City and about an hour south of Albany. Our venue is approximately 20 minutes off of I-87 with the towns of Kingston and Woodstock nearby. For those flying, Albany International Airport is about a ~1 hour drive from Kingston and Woodstock and about ~1 hour and 15 minutes from the venue. Another airport option is Newark Liberty International Airport, which is about ~1 hour and 45 minutes from Kingston and Woodstock and about ~2 hours from the venue.

A comfortable, wallet-friendly option for our wedding weekend. Although a bit further from the venue, easily accessible from the highway for those coming from the airport. Also less remote with good proximity to nearby downtown Kingston with restaurants, bars, and fun vintage shopping. Approximately 25 minutes from the venue.
