Cocktail attire is welcome and preferred. Our reception venue is surrounded by the East Tennessee Mountains and will be full of trees with gorgeous fall elements and colors. We love darker colors such as browns, reds, sage, garden-toned greens, mauve, plum purples, navy, burnt orange hues, etc. I want everyone to feel comfortable and to dress up and have fun with us! While we are not picky on dress code, we do kindly ask no jeans or t-shirts please:) There will be lots of dancing so feel free to bring extra shoes or a comfy change of clothes for later in the night if needed or preferred!
We are eloping privately together in an intimate setting so that we can take our actual wedding day to truly devout time to one another and to peacefully relax for the week. Don't worry though, we are saving lots of the celebrations for our reception with friends and family! Think of our reception as a "Happily Ever After" party with all of the good vibes and the people we love the most!
Everyone welcome to come will be listed by name on your invitation. While we wish we could accommodate each person with a plus one, we have tried our best to diligently and graciously allow as many as we can- If you have any specific questions just let us know!
Children are allowed if listed on your invitation- we encourage this night to be a fun date night but we love and value our friends with children so we have gladly made some exceptions for family and close friends. We understand how difficult it can be to find childcare, so we are very understanding! Note: This is mainly an adult event and there will be explicit music at times as well as an open bar/alcohol at this event so be mindful of this when bringing children please!
