We have a block of rooms at two hotels: Residence Inn and Courtyard Marriott at Potomac Mills Woodbridge. Please book at your earliest convenience to ensure availability. Suite rooms are only available at the Residence Inn. A complimentary shuttle to and from the venue will be available for both hotels. Pickup location and timing will be provided closer to the event.

June 7, 2024 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Shuttle service will be provided for guests to the venue, departing from the Courtyard Marriott Woodbridge at 4:15pm and 4:45pm. A return shuttle is also coordinated at the end of the night back to the Courtyard Marriott Woodbridge at 11:00pm and 11:30pm. For those who prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue and ride share services are also encouraged. Please be safe if choosing to drive!

There are three major airports that serve the greater DC area: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) - 25 miles from the hotel Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 32 miles from the hotel Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) - 60 miles from the hotel

Train

Union Station

If traveling by train, we recommend you arrive at DC's Union Station (a big Amtrak hub). You can then take the metro or ground transportation into Virginia.
