Bring your own sheets and towels or rent from www.angieslinenservice.com, they deliver and pickup. These rates include all taxes (12.75%) and end of stay cleaning. There is also a FULLY REFUNDABLE $200 damage deposit that would be added to this total and refunded to you on the first business day after check out. Cliff will take check or credit card- check preferred. If you would like to book, Cliff can email the paperwork which you can mail back with a check for HALF of the total with the balance not due until October 2nd. Everything would be spelled out in detail on paperwork including payment amounts and due dates.

The ocean front rooms are $85.00 plus tax and the Soundview rooms are $70.00 plus tax. A one night deposit will be needed to book the rooms. THESE ROOMS WILL STAY IN THE BLOCK UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1ST. AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST, THESE ROOMS WILL BE RELEASED FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AVAILABILITY.
