Due to the current situation and uptick in COVID cases, Adam and Briana have decided to cancel their in-person wedding celebration, and will instead be live streaming as they say their vows in front of their bridal party and immediate family only. We appreciate you all for your generous understanding, and thank you for all the support you've offered as we've come to this difficult decision. Briana and Adam were always supposed to meet. Briana’s college roommate was friends with Adam from high school, so during summer and thanksgiving breaks from 2006 - 2010, they would find themselves at the same parties, dancing in the same circles. Who knows, maybe they even battled it out during beer pong! Cut to early on a Friday morning in 2013, Briana was waiting at her friend's house for everyone to arrive so they could pack up the car and start trekking to Tahoe to go skiing for her birthday. 30 or more minutes after they were supposed to leave, there’s a knock at the door. Finally, we could start to think about getting on the road! When it opened, there was Adam with a goofy smile on his face, fist pumping “chyaaaa!!”, ready to fully immerse himself in the group where he only knew one or two people well. Briana was impressed and also remembers thinking “shit, I’m going to be in trouble with this one…” So, while their paths did cross over the years, it wasn’t until this trip that sparks flew. Bri was immediately drawn to how comfortable in his own skin Adam was, and how easily he could make her laugh. Adam was taken by Bri’s straightforward demeanor, and the fact that she could beat him in a race down the slopes. They went on their first official date just a couple days after returning from Tahoe, and haven’t spent more than 2 weeks apart since. Now, for a lifetime <3
