Things To Do

Beach

Our favorite beach is Sullivan's Island which also has some great restaurants and bars to enjoy. Restaurants/Bars: -High Thyme: dinner only (walk up) -Obstinate Daughter (likely need a reservation) -Poe's: casual burger joint for lunch or dinner (walk up only) -Hometeam: casual BBQ and bar (walk up) -Mex1: casual Mexican for lunch or dinner and bar (walk up)

Downtown Charleston Restaurants

-Halls Steakhouse is a classic stop in Charleston-if going for dinner you will certainly need a reservation but you can also stop in for a drink at their bar; they are known for their espresso martinis! -167 Raw on King Street: Great oysters and seafood, they dont accept reservations and can have a long wait so best to go put your name in and then grab a drink elsewhere while you wait. -Little Jack's Tavern: has a great smash burger -Melfi's: great italian, will definitely need a reservation -Leon's: known for their oysters and fried chicken, they also have a great fish sandwich -Lowland: newer restaurant in a historic Charleston home (will need reservations)

Mount Pleasant Restaurants and Bars

-Walking distance to the ceremony are Post House Inn, Nico's and the Wine Shop OV which are all great spots for a drink or a meal at Post House Inn and Nico's. -LoLA Mt Pleasant is delicious Cajun food that is very casual -Shem Creek has several casual bars and restaurants on the water that you can walk between with a great view. -
